Pico8 Sprite-String converter

This turns a png file in pico8 colors into a string , which with the pico8 code provided can then be converted to an array and drawn. Any none pico8 colours are drawn transparent.

Theres probably better tools out there but this is very simple and i'm sure it'll do in a pinch!
